People expressed their feelings after Terawih
From the start of Ramadan mosques have been overloaded with all Muslims from men and women to young and old. After the terawih prayer people expressed their feelings to ILKHA news agency.
The public from Celaleddin Mosque explained their need of a special area for women “Upstairs and the outside area is reserved for women and this is still not enough space for them. This shows that more people are attending mosques and the crowd is growing every year.”
“Treats could be available to attract young people to attend mosques”
“We tend to see more elderly people in mosques and young people usually spend their times surfing on the internet or spending time elsewhere. Treats could be available to attract young people to attend mosques or at least there should be a sermon for them.” said Yavuz Erdal from the mosque.
People from Imam Hatip Mosque expressed their views by firstly greeting Ramadan Mubarak, “Ramadan is a month of peace and beauty. Seeing this many Muslims attend terawih prayers gives us even more pleasure to pray.” (ILKHA)
