Tent house from Pro-Orphan and IHO EBRAR for Arakanese
International Help Organization Pro-Orphans and IHO EBRAR set up tent houses to provide solutions to the problem of housing, one of the greatest strains of the Arakanese who migrated to Bangladesh.
International Help Organization Pro-Orphans and IHO EBRAR continue to work on humanitarian aid for the Arakanese Muslims who have taken refuge in Bangladesh due to the barbaric attacks carried out by Myanmar army and buddhist gangs.
International humanitarian organizations based in Germany European International Help Organization Pro-Orphans and the Netherlands-based IHO EBRAR, who have helped to Arakanese with tons of food, hot meals, health screening, clothing assistance, now have started to build tent houses for refugees in Bangladesh’s Cox’s Bazaar and Teknaf cities.
It was recorded that thousands of Arakanese are still pending in mountainous areas near the border while transitions continue over the Naf River which separates Myanmar and Bangladesh. According to local sources, over 580 thousand Arakanese Muslims who have taken refuge in Bangladesh have been trying to stay alive with unhealthy conditions.
Representatives of the Pro-Orphan and IHO EBRAR, who built tent homes for Arakanese with the support of benevolent people, are continuing their projects to establish tent houses in the region. (Hamza Korkut - ILKHA)
