Tuition assistance to Arakanese from IHO Ebrar
International humanitarian organizations Pro-Orphan Association and IHO Ebrar have also provided stationery supplies after food, hot meals, tent houses, medical check-ups and medication help for oppressed Arakanese people.
Donated aid for the oppressed Arakan people, who have escaped from persecution and oppression in Myanmar, has continued to be delivered to Bangladesh. Germany-based International Help Organization Pro-Orphan and Netherlands-based IHO Ebrar have delivered stationary aids which donated by charitable people to needy students for Arakan orphans and students.
Hundreds of school bags, notebooks, books, pens, erasers, pencil sharpener and various stationery products which donated for Arakanese students have been distributed. Due to the help made, Arakanese orphans and students experienced great joy.
International Help Organization Pro-Orphan volunteers Cahit Ataş and Sedat Aktaş shared the knowledge that humanitarian aid activities for Arakanese will continue and they said they would continue to deliver donated aid to the Arakanese who took refuge in Bangladesh.
IHO Ebrar Vice President Zülküf Bildirici expressed that distributing the donated aid to needy students made students happy as well as themselves. Biildirici also stated that they delivered to those in real need of aid donated by the philanthropist.
More than 600 thousand Arakanese who live under difficult conditions in Balokal and Kutupalong refugee camps in Bangladesh's Cox's Bazar and Teknaf cities have displaced their homeland due to the oppression and persecution they live in Myanmar. (Hamza Korkut - ILKHA)
