Arakanese love of the Qur'an
The Arakanese Muslims, who have been genocide by the Myanmar government and Buddhist gangs, show great examples of Qur'anic education for their children in their camps they have sheltered.
Arakanese Muslims [Rohingya] which have been massacred, their children and women who have been murdered with brutal and barbaric methods, not preventing them from learning the Holy Qur'an.
In Myanmar, on its own soil; the Arakanese, who settled in the borders of Bangladesh, escaped from the pressures and massacres made by the government and the Buddhist gangs, compose great example for their commitment to Islam.
Muslims, who have been living with great difficulties in terms of food and medicine, especially after they have settled in refugee camps, are doing their best to keep their children around the Qur'anic education despite all the difficulties and impossibilities.
In Kutupalong refugee camp in Coxs Bazar Ukiah in Bangladesh, Arakanese muslims which struggle to survive, doing their prays mosques and madrasas they have built with their hands and their children receive Islamic education.
For the children who are studying and the families staying in the camp, a daily hot meal is being making in the madrasa. Of course, all of the people in the camp cannot benefit from this because it is make on a certain scale. For this reason Arakanese Muslims expect all Muslims living in different geographies of the world to extend their help.
In the region where they need medicine, food and clothing, IHO EBRAR and the European Orphan Association organization delivered a variety of food materials and opened water wells.
According to information from local sources given to Ilke News Agency [ILKHA], where about 230,000 Arakanese refugees live, it is stated that the persecutions and oppression still continue in Myanmar and the migration continues accordingly. (Ali Ekber İrtem - ILKHA)
